December Meeting and Pin Presentation

The Holidays are upon us! At December’s meeting, members will be awarded anniversary pins for consecutive membership. The pin presentation will begin at 6:00 pm on Monday, December 8. Local 431 business will proceed when all pins have been presented. All members who have reached 25 years of membership in 2025, plus increments of 5 years after, will receive a pin! Also, we’ll be collecting food and toy donations for our local food bank and Toys for Tots. Bring non-perishable food and gifts for kids to spread holiday cheer!

Local 431 Carpenters are celebrating the holidays at The Abbey Bar in Harrisburg, PA! There’s still time to RSVP! Members can expect great food, drinks, and company. Find full details here.

The cocktail hour will start at 7pm. Expect an assortment of charcuterie options such as a variety of meats, cheeses, assorted crackers, breads and more. The buffet reception will follow. The menu includes:

• Rosemary Foccacia with Garlic-Herb Butter
• Mixed Green Salad with Pomegranate, Goat Cheese, Granola and Vanilla Basil
• Roasted Zucchini and Squash with Wildflower Honey
• Tender Beef Brisket with Pearl Onions
• Roasted Chicken Breast with Red Pepper Pesto

Dessert:

• Guinness Brownies with Bailey’s Buttercream
• Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with Peppermint Pieces
